Installation and handover
Agree the work and timing, then receive an explanation of your controls, maintenance and equipment documentation.
A quotation that explains the whole job
A new system needs to fit your rooms and the property, not just a product photograph. Help us understand the space before arranging a survey.
Equipment and capacity
The proposed indoor and outdoor models, room requirements and controls should be specified together.
Routes, drainage and access
The survey considers pipe routes, condensate drainage, electrical supply, outdoor position and working access.
Finish and handover
Agree making-good work, removal of old equipment and the handover documents. Product and installation warranty terms belong in the quotation.
Send the details on WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp, tap + or the attachment icon, choose Location, then Send your current location. Send it while you are at the property. Please do not choose Share live location, which tracks movement and expires. Add photos of the unit, its model label and the controller or error code. The link prepares your message; you attach the pictures and location in WhatsApp.
Sending needs internet. The team will confirm the diagnosis and visit arrangements.
